(1) For accomodation and meal services
(2) For reservation confirmation
(3) For accomodation plan guidance
(4) For any purposes according to the law and oridinances

Providing personal information to third parties

Customers' personal information will not be shared to third parties except for the cases below:
(1) In cases where reporting is needed to customer's travel agency
(2) In cases where request is made according to the law and ordinances

Safety management measures of personal information

Customers' personal information will be protected under security control measures according to Personal Information Protection Law and any other related law and ordinances.
(1) Customers' personal information will be managed by appropriate manner to avoid any disclosure
(2) All employees will be educated to handle information with care
(3) In any cases of outsourcing, Nondisclosure Agreement will be contracted
